The three-dimensional models of lower rocker arm and column were imported into the ANSYS Workbench for meshing. The analysis creates a finite element model using ANSYS to determine the maximum deformation of the A36 Mild steel and Al 5086. The maximum total deformation for 4142 steel is 0.
